My car had a noise coming from frontend and had my car fixed here they did an excellent job fixing the problem, it needed a new front rotors and brake pads and they had it replaced. They also made sure that my car is safe to drive Overall awesome customer service and commitment to quality. I will be returning for future services. Highly recommend!

Timi's Alpine was absolutely amazing! I brought my car in on the recommendation of a coworker and was able to get in the very next day. My car was ready the same day and the service was super cost-efficient. ❤️ Everyone there is so friendly—they even showed up a half hour early just to accommodate my work schedule! I would recommend them again and again. Truly amazing service and the nicest family business owners I’ve met here in Anchorage, Alaska!

We have been taking our vehicles to Rasim for many years. This is the most honest shop in Anchorage. They will never try to sell you anything that isn't needed and the prices are amazing. The fact anyone would give 1 star and hurt a small business due to a sense of entitlement is absurd. If you have lived in Alaska for any amount of time you understand tire season is crazy. I consider Ras and Jenny friends and they wouldn't put my car in front of anyone else, nor would I expect that. As Southsiders we should be grateful that we have an honest place to take our cars, not bitchy and spiteful because you didn't get your way. Plan better next time time and you will be accomidated.

I am extremely selective with any service I utilize. From my first interaction and through the service I have received has always been professional, welcoming, and honest. This shop is ams has always accommodated my schedule and provided the highest level of of service. I can't see ever utilizing another shop for my mechanical needs.

When the fuel pump in your 2013 truck goes out Christmas week, you can imagine how many times I was laughed at when calling around to see if any auto shops could get me in anytime before New Year's. Timi's Alpina got me in quickly, got the job done, and had me back on the road before the other guys even stopped laughing. Happy New Year, indeed. This is my new auto shop. Good people.
